Job Summary

We are looking for a Front-End Software Developer with strong Flutter experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality scalable and user-friendly mobile applications while collaborating closely with UI/UX designers backend developers and product managers. The role requires strong knowledge of Flutter modern front-end practices and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and high-performance applications.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Troubleshoot debug and resolve application issues.
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement of development processes.
Work closely with product and design teams to ensure the best user experience.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.

Requirements

(MUST) Important Requirements

2-3 years of professional experience in mobile and front-end development.
2-3 years of professional experience Hands-on experience with Flutter (mobile development) and (front-end development).
We are especially interested in candidates who have experience working on both mobile and web applications.

Additional Requirements

Strong English communication skills as our work environment operates fully in English.
Must be comfortable working on-site in Amman Jordan (this is a full-time on-site role and not a remote position).
This is a Jordan-based position and compensation will be aligned with the local market standards.
