As we continue to grow internationally we are looking for a Commercial Operations & Contracts Intern to support our commercial team in managing contracts deal operations and internal commercial processes.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales Operations and Legal helping ensure that commercial agreements renewals and deal execution run smoothly.

What youll do and why it matters

As a Commercial Operations & Contracts Intern you will support the commercial team in managing contracts and operational processes related to client agreements.

You will work closely with Sales Legal and Finance teams helping coordinate contracts maintain documentation and ensure that commercial processes are executed efficiently.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial operations SaaS deal processes and contract management in a fast-growing tech company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation review and coordination of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Assisting with contract management and documentation tracking.
• Helping coordinate deal execution and internal approvals between Sales Legal and Finance.
• Supporting the management of client renewals and contract updates.
• Maintaining and organizing commercial documentation and records.
• Assisting with commercial operations processes and internal reporting.
• Collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth commercial workflows.

Were looking for someone who is organized proactive and interested in the intersection of business contracts and commercial operations.

Ideally you:

• Are currently studying or graduated from Law.
• Have strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Are comfortable working with documentation and structured processes.
• Are proactive and eager to learn about commercial operations in a tech company.
• Have strong communication and negotiation skills and enjoy working with different teams.
• Are fluent in English & Spanish.
