Environmental Science Associates (ESA) is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Southeast marketing team. We are looking for a motivated detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years of experience to support the development of high-quality proposals and qualifications in the Architecture Engineering and Construction (A/E/C) marketplace. Strong preference given to candidates with 5 years of experience.
The Proposal Coordinator will play an important role in preparing and coordinating Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and other marketing materials that support ESAs business development efforts throughout the Southeast. This position works closely with technical staff project managers and marketing professionals to produce clear compelling and compliant proposals that highlight ESAs expertise in environmental planning science engineering and design.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and writing skills initiative and the ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
This position will be based in Tampa or Orlando Florida with office presence as needed.
