Job Summary
CRD Careers is partnering with a growing government contractor to hire a Proposal Manager.
This role is fully remote and built for someone who can own proposals from start to finish not just coordinate them.
What youll do:
- Lead federal proposals from kickoff to submission
- Manage multiple bids at once (including fast-turn task orders)
- Write and edit proposal content (this is hands-on)
- Run timelines reviews and compliance
- Work with SMEs BD and leadership to shape winning responses
Qualifications :
- 5 years of federal proposal experience (must-have)
- Experience managing and writing proposals
- Background in GovCon
- Ability to handle multiple proposals independently
- Experience with IDIQ / task order environments
- Strong writing skills (non-negotiable)
