Job Description:

We are seeking a mid-level Financial Systems Business Analyst / Implementation Lead to support an upcoming RFP and implementation for a new enterprise financial system. This individual will play a key role in documenting business requirements developing the RFP and supporting the end-to-end selection and implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for a new financial system
- Develop and manage RFP documentation and processes
- Partner with finance and business stakeholders to understand system needs
- Support vendor evaluation and selection activities
- Participate in and support financial system implementation efforts
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met throughout the RFP and implementation lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Experience working with financial systems (Lawson Concur and/or Hyperion strongly preferred)
- Participation in at least two full system implementations
- Strong business analysis and documentation skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements
- RFP experience is a plus
- Mid-level professional (above junior level; no strict years-of-experience requirement)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
