The Power Systems Engineer will perform reliability power system studies focusing on steady-state and dynamic stability to evaluate the impact of inverter-based resource voltage and frequency ride-through performance. This role involves reviewing technical data submissions supporting the development of processes related to NOGRR 245 providing technical support to cross-functional teams and working with market participants to implement modifications or exemptions.

Responsibilities:
- Performs reliability power system studies including steady-state and dynamic stability studies.
- Reviews technical data related to voltage and frequency ride-through compliance.
- Supports the development of processes and procedures to implement NOGRR 245.
- Provides technical support for cross-functional project teams.
- Works with market participants to understand requirements and facilitate submissions.
- Reviews and evaluates requests for extensions and exemptions from voltage and frequency ride-through requirements.
- May represent the organization in stakeholder groups.
- Performs reliability power system studies including steady-state and dynamic stability studies.
- Reviews technical data related to voltage and frequency ride-through compliance.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience performing reliability power system studies.
- Background in renewable generation resources (Wind Solar or Battery).
- Experience analyzing voltage levels and relay or protection settings.
- Experience with Python Powerworld PSSE or PSCAD.
- Good communication skills.
