Job Title: Lead AI Architect (Agentic AI)
Location: New Jersey (Hybrid - 3 days onsite a weeks)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Agentic Systems Architect to design and build enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions for a telecom client. The role focuses on evolving automation into autonomous multi-agent systems capable of reasoning tool usage and collaboration.

Key Skills:

Experience building Agentic AI solutions
Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph CrewAI AutoGPT
Expertise in AI architecture multi-agent orchestration and autonomous systems
Telecom domain experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Define roadmap from RAG-based systems to autonomous multi-agent orchestration
Architect scalable reliable agentic AI platforms
Establish standards for agent reliability observability safety and cost optimization
Guide and mentor engineering teams on agentic design patterns and AI architecture
