- Positive references to validate and show team building training and growth.
- Strong appreciation and understanding of technology: Paperless workflow and computer literate.
- Possesses strong leadership skills with a desire and passion for developing employees.
- Merchandise or inventory management experience preferably in automotive retail or automotive related industry.
- Solid sales and service competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices.
- 5 years experience as General Sales Manager at a franchise dealership.
- Valid Drivers License
