Position Title: Sales & Marketing Specialist

Overview
The Sales & Marketing Specialist supports regional marketing policies sales programs campaigns and distributor/dealer development activities across Latin America and Caribbean markets. This role focuses on driving sales results while delivering excellent customer service. Working closely with management the specialist provides territory sales support and assists in strengthening distributor and dealer networks.
Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve company targets. Implement marketing pricing sales and service programs with distributors while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Support market research and sales forecasting activities with distributors. Gather and analyze distributor KPI data to identify sales opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with customers across Latin America and Caribbean territories. Collaborate with distributors on dealer network development initiatives such as service campaigns promotional activities product training pricing strategies inventory management and customer service improvements.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support distributor and dealer needs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist in preparing weekly monthly quarterly and annual performance reports. Communicate key market issues to management and provide regular status updates.
Review and support the renewal of policies agreements and promotional programs with customers and vendors.
Track and manage customer discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to investigate and resolve issues.
Support administrative tasks and special assignments within the department as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2 years of experience in sales and marketing within motor marine or related industries preferred. Experience with spare parts business in Latin America and Caribbean markets is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual English and Spanish preferred).
Excellent communication interpersonal analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Ability to work independently and manage long-term projects.
Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods.
Manual dexterity for typing and handling office equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively by phone and other communication tools.
