Sales Specialist
About the Company
A global financial markets infrastructure and data provider is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its APAC team. The firm provides multi-asset pricing reference data corporate actions and evaluated pricing solutions to buyside and sellside institutions helping clients streamline operations meet regulatory requirements and optimize workflows.
Role Overview
The Sales Specialist will focus on driving adoption of data and reference services across institutional clients including asset managers banks custody providers and fund administrators. The role combines pre-sales engagement new business development and account growth working alongside account managers solution consultants and client success teams to generate revenue and support client operational efficiency. The role involves regional travel and is highly client-facing.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of multi-asset pricing reference data and corporate actions services to institutional clients
Build relationships within middle and back office teams including operations risk compliance and data management
Help clients leverage solutions to meet global and regional regulatory reporting obligations
Address client needs around data enrichment instrument identification and integration with portfolio management risk core banking custody and fund administration platforms
Support clients in transforming operational processes using data solutions
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions and drive revenue growth
Requirements
5 years of experience in financial markets sales or market data services
Proven track record in a quota-bearing sales environment
Strong business development and closing skills
Excellent presentation and communication abilities both written and verbal
Deep understanding of financial markets and institutional data requirements
Passion for client engagement and consultative selling
