Position: Investment Banking Professional
Type: Contract
Compensation: $95$115/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to financial modeling valuation methodologies and deal structuring.
• Create realistic scenarios based on investment banking workflows including deal screening and due diligence checklists.
• Annotate label and validate data across investment banking use cases such as financial statement analysis and capital structure optimization.
• Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas like SEC regulations and financial terminology.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for financial services AI.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3 years of professional experience at a bulge bracket elite boutique middle market or regional investment bank.
• Background in M&A advisory equity or debt capital markets leveraged finance or restructuring.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate deal workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.

Preferred

• Series 7 63 79 or CFA designation.
• Experience in industry coverage groups (TMT healthcare industrials FIG etc.).
