Terminal Operator Specialist

• Supervise a team of warehouse staff.
• Ensure the Program meets expectation including delivery timeline inventory integrity records and documentation retention.
• Control and manage material usage purchases headcount and overtime.
• Implementation of Corrective Actions and convey to the team the implications.
• Uphold inventory integrity.
• Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing.
• Take disciplinary action on staff when required.
• Work with Planner to align the daily production orders priority include Hotshot & Delay for the day during daily production meeting.
• Establish Shipment planning listing for Operations to focus.
• Focal to communicate with Operations and Planner for any issue that impact the shipment fulfilment.
• Ensure Transpak deliver the correct base skid ordered.
• Ensure all modules for pullback or shipment are skidded and unskidded correctly.
• Scanning of Tote label into SMS.
• Ensure documents given by Customer Prep tally with the physical.

Ensure all documents are completed before handover to forwarder.
