Job Summary

Job Title: Onsite Program Manager
Job Location: Newark CA
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Manage the end to end project lifecycle including planning execution monitoring control and closure.
Establish and enforce project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
Oversee quality management processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards and client expectations.
Identify assess and mitigate project risks implementing proactive risk and crisis management strategies.
Control project scope and change management ensuring changes are evaluated approved and implemented without scope creep.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules to track milestones progress dependencies and resource allocation.
Monitor and manage project financials including budgeting forecasting cost control and profitability.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships ensuring transparent communication and alignment with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead resource management efforts by allocating and optimizing team members based on project needs skillsets and priorities.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels managing expectations resolving conflicts and ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction.
Drive benefits management by defining tracking and realizing project benefits aligned with strategic objectives.
Ensure consistent adherence to project governance frameworks methodologies and best practices across all project activities.
Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration execution and delivery.
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Provide regular project status updates dashboards and reports escalating issues and risks to senior leadership as required.
Mentor and guide project managers and team members strengthening delivery capabilities and execution maturity.
