Required Qualifications:
- Provide production support for enterprise applications ensuring system stability and availability.
- Monitor application performance and identify production issues proactively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application database and system-related issues in a timely manner.
- Write and execute SQL queries to analyze and resolve data-related issues.
- Support applications developed using Java and J2EE technologies.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with development QA and infrastructure teams to deploy application updates and fixes.
- Maintain and update production support documentation runbooks and incident reports.
- Provide technical support to end users and stakeholders for application-related issues.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support critical systems and resolve high-priority incidents.
- Follow Agile/SAFe methodologies for system maintenance enhancements and operational support.
- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and incident management processes.
