About the Team & Business Line:
Mercator by Citco is the pioneer of Global Entity Portfolio Management services. Our centralized client service infrastructure means we are able to provide end-to-end support in over 180 jurisdictions worldwide.

Responsibilities
Update internal reports in a timely and accurate manner as well as handle other administrative requests
Advise client service and other support teams on data related matters
Extract data from multiple sources validate information received and develop framework in order to provide clear compelling metrics and reports for data analysis
Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
Build and support automated data structures that can be shared with units across the department
Track critical metrics and KPIs and deliver actionable insights
Assist team and manager with various projects
Work closely with manager to facilitate team planning and operations
Drive team performance through mentorship and management support initiatives
Perform various administrative tasks assigned.
Qualifications
Have college or university degree
4-5 years of experience in business/data analysis or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel) (2 years)
Passionate about working with data to uncover patterns and insights
Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and verbal English
Quality-focused with attention to details
Ability to identify and drive optimization and automation opportunities
Understanding of financial KPIs metrics
Additional Advantages:
MS Excel macros and VBI coding language
Understanding of business analysis principles including financial formulas and performance metrics
Experience with Power BI and Qlik Sense dashboards creation and data visualization
Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation
