Job Summary

Hiring: Relationship Manager – Business LAP

Location: Meerut
CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for a Relationship Manager – Business Loan Against Property (BLAP) to drive sourcing and business development in the Meerut market.

Key Responsibilities:

Source Business LAP cases through DSA connectors and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers CAs and local market connectors.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Achieve monthly business targets and ensure portfolio quality.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Business Loan sales.
Strong local market knowledge and connector network in Meerut.
Good communication and relationship management skills.
