Responsibilities:
Experience Requirements
. 815 years overall experience in technology delivery/engineering/consulting.
. 5 years hands-on experience in AI/ML GenAI and Data Science with proven delivery ownership.
. Demonstrated experience in designing building and deploying AI solutions (POCs products or production implementations).
. Strong experience in architecting enterprise-grade AI pipelines/workflows including integration with business systems and data platforms.
. Proven track record of cross-functional leadership stakeholder engagement and influencing outcomes across teams.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex AI topics for senior stakeholders.
Preferred Technical Skill Set:
. Strong hands-on expertise with LLMs RAG embeddings prompt engineering and multi-agent frameworks.
. Proficiency in Python vector databases and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain / LlamaIndex plus model evaluation/tuning.
. Experience with Azure OpenAI / AWS SageMaker / Google Vertex AI and cloud-native deployment patterns.
. Solid understanding of MLOps: CI/CD pipelines model monitoring versioning governance workflows.
. Strong grounding in API development microservices security practices and data engineering basics.
