Profile:Store Manager-Textile-Surat-25k
Experience:

2-4 years experience in retail store management

Experience in fashion apparel or clothing stores preferred
Salary: 20k - 25k
Roles:
1. Store Operations
-
Manage daily store activities such as opening closing billing and stock management
-
Ensure the store is clean organised and visually appealing
-
Maintain proper product display as per brand guidelines
2. Sales Management
-
Achieve monthly sales targets for the store
-
Guide customers in selecting outfits and styles
-
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase store revenue
3. Customer Service
-
Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers

Handle customer complaints or returns professionally
-
Build good relationships with repeat customers
4. Team Handling
-
Supervise store staff and assign daily responsibilities
-
Train sales executives on product knowledge and selling techniques
-
Ensure staff maintain discipline and provide good service
5. Inventory & Stock Management

Keep track of product stock and sizes
-
Coordinate with warehouse or head office for stock replenishment

Prevent stock loss or damage
6. Reporting

Maintain daily sales reports

Share store performance updates with management

Monitor store expenses and billing accuracy
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferable
