Role Overview

You will be part of a WM Application Production Support(APS) team responsible for supporting data platform applications andtools used across the organization.

The role involves incident management service requesthandling monitoring systems and continuous service improvement ensuringthat critical banking data services remain stable secure and available.

The position operates within a shift-based productionsupport environment including on-call rotations and participationin disaster recovery and live-play exercises.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Application Production Support for Wealth Management IT Data Platform applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests reported by business teams
• Analyze system middleware and application logs to identify root causes of issues
• Monitor services and ensure high availability and performance of critical systems
• Produce service monitoring reports and operational metrics
• Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
• Automate repetitive tasks and support problem management processes
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) tests and live-play operational activities
• Collaborate with infrastructure database and development teams to ensure service stability

Technical Requirements

• Experience with Unix environments and Shell Scripting
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing and Data Platforms
• Hands-on experience with Databases (Oracle SQL PL-SQL)
• Familiarity with Autosys scheduling tools
• Experience with Middleware technologies such as MQ and Tomcat
• Understanding of Cloud computing environments
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Language Requirements

• English Expert level (written and spoken)
