(SEAP) Regional Air Product Lead, Southeast Asia Region

About the Role
Morrison Express is seeking an experienced Regional Air Product Lead to lead the growth and development of our airfreight product across Southeast Asia & Pacific (SEAP) in alignment with Corporate Air Product guidelines.

This role is responsible for driving procurement excellence strengthening carrier partnerships developing consolidation programs and ensuring our product remains competitive in a fast-changing market. The successful candidate will combine strategic insight with strong execution capabilities to deliver measurable commercial results and create long-term value for customers partners and the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Airfreight Product Strategy & Market Analysis Define and execute the regional airfreight product strategy setting clear goals for market share volume and margin growth. Leverage market intelligence and data analytics to track trends identify new opportunities and continuously refine pricing product design and performance for stronger competitiveness.
• Carrier Management & Procurement Build and maintain strong partnerships with airline carriers. Lead negotiations to secure competitive pricing reliable capacity and sustainable long-term agreements.
• Consolidation Development Design and implement SEAP-wide consolidation to maximize efficiency reduce costs and increase profitability creating winwin solutions for customers and carriers.
• Tender & Pricing Leadership Support global and regional RFQs by developing competitive and customer-focused pricing strategies while safeguarding internal margin targets.
• Performance Management Establish and track KPIs (e.g. procurement savings yield capacity utilization and profitability). Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen overall product performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in airfreight with proven expertise in procurement carrier relationship management consolidation and commercial development. Established network with major airlines and carriers.
• Strong knowledge of airfreight products pricing models trade lanes and international compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required) and Mandarin (preferred).
