• MonitoringtheteamperformanceanalyzingmonthlytoQuarterlyfunctionalmetrices.
• ProvideinputtoFiberEngineeringManagerregardingOut-SidePlant(OSP)projectsprogress:resourceneedscostsmilestoneschallengesandrisks.
• Buildstrongrelationshipwithinternalstakeholders/customersrepresentstheteamintheinternalandexternalforums.
• Provideshighqualitydeliveryofallassignedtaskswithintherequiredtimeline.
• Teammotivationandnewideagenerationtoimproveteamqualityandefficiency.

All you need is...

CriticalExperience

• in any Engineering or equivalent
• 6-9 years of Experience in Fiber network design engineering for an OSP/ISP.
• PreferredexperiencewithAT&TandaddedadvantageifexperienceofLUMENGoogleFiberetc.
• 6-9yearsofExperienceinFiber(OSP/ISP)networkthroughworkonatleastoneofthefollowingareas:designdraftingpermittingtrafficcontrolplanpoleloadanalysisJPA
• Experienceworkingtools:AramisIQGEOWaldoQGISArcgGIS3GISCGISSpatialNetComscofNDSFrogsAutoCADFMSOCALCSmallworldNetwinWebGIS
• ProficientinMStools(WordExcelPowerPointOutlookTeamsetc.)whichisusedinday-to-daywork.
