In this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations managing staff and ensuring exceptional customer service. We offer a competitive salary range of $50000 - $60000 annually alongside a supportive work environment and opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in menu planning and development
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
