As the Restaurant Manager you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards of food quality. We offer a competitive salary range of $55000 - $80000 annually along with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a high standard of service
- Manage staff including hiring training and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Prepare reports on restaurant performance and financial metrics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or management is a plus
