JOB SUMMARY
If you are someone who naturally keeps things organized solves problems quickly and makes people feel taken care of this role may be a great fit. We are looking for an Office Manager / Front Desk Lead who can help run the day-to-day operations of a busy imaging center while ensuring every patient receives excellent service from the moment they walk through the door. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will support front desk operations while helping keep the office running smoothly for patients technologists and physicians.

QUALIFICATIONS:
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
