Audit Director Financial Institutions
Location: Nashville TN (Hybrid)
A large and well-respected public accounting firm in Nashville is seeking an Audit Director with deep experience working with financial institutions.
The firm has recently expanded its presence in the market and is experiencing strong growth within its banking and financial institutions practice.
This role offers significant leadership opportunity with a very fast path to Partner for the right individual.
Responsibilities
Lead audit engagements for banks and financial institutions
Serve as a senior advisor and relationship leader for clients
Oversee engagement planning execution and review
Mentor and develop audit managers and staff
Assist with growth and development of the firms financial institutions practice
Work toward eventually overseeing the entire financial institutions practice in the Nashville region
Qualifications
Significant experience auditing banks or financial institutions
10 years of public accounting audit experience
Strong leadership and client relationship skills
CPA required
