Location: The Learning Experience East Brunswick NJ
Pay: $58000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Oversee daily operations of the childcare center
- Lead coach and develop teaching staff to maintain high program quality
- Ensure full compliance with New Jersey childcare licensing and safety regulations
- Manage staffing scheduling and overall center operations
- Support enrollment growth through tours and family engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with families staff and the local community
- Monitor center performance and support financial and operational goals
- Maintain a safe nurturing and organized school environment
- Bachelors degree required
- Previous leadership experience in a childcare daycare or preschool setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of childcare licensing regulations
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage staff and maintain a positive center culture
