Responsible for insurance related and patient account activities. Ensures efficient procedures through appropriate communication and collaboration medical unit and outside resources; maintains appropriate knowledge bases. Enhances practice reputation through proper customer relations communication with other medical entities and public and problem resolution. Meets financial goals relating to insurance and patient balances. Performs duties in a manner consistent with our mission values and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Two years of medical billing experience.
- Other: AND intermediate computer skills required.
- Preferred Certifications: CPT and ICD-10 preferred.
