Role Summary The Global Head of Sales is a critical leadership position responsible for architecting and executing Tazapays global revenue strategy. This role requires a visionary leader capable of scaling a high-performing sales organization across multiple continents including APAC EMEA and the Americas. The successful candidate will drive the adoption of cross-border payment solutions among global fintechs and enterprise clients ensuring Tazapay becomes the foundational infrastructure for international trade. This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and involves significant collaboration with the broader executive team to align sales efforts with product innovation and market demand.

Core Responsibilities The Global Head of Sales will oversee three primary pillars of the sales organization: Strategic Leadership Operational Excellence and Team Development. The following table outlines the specific objectives and expected outcomes for each pillar.

In addition to these pillars the Global Head of Sales is expected to lead the pursuit of high-value complex deals with global platforms. This involves overseeing the full sales cyclefrom initial prospecting and solution design to final integration and account management. A critical tactical responsibility will be the ownership of the sales P&L driving aggressive year-on-year growth exceeding 100%. Furthermore the role requires close collaboration with the compliance team on new deals as well as the development of longer-term policies and processes to continuously enhance the customer journey. By maintaining a deep understanding of market intelligence the leader will monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks within the global payments landscape.

Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will possess a sophisticated blend of industry expertise leadership experience and a strategic mindset. Tazapay seeks a professional who has not only mastered the technicalities of the payments industry but also demonstrates the emotional intelligence required to lead a diverse global team.

Category Requirement Details

Professional Experience Minimum of 12-15 years in B2B sales leadership specifically within the payments FX or fintech infrastructure sectors.

Proven Track Record Demonstrated success in scaling sales organizations from early growth to global scale meeting multi-million dollar targets.

Technical Proficiency Deep understanding of payment APIs platform integrations and the role of stablecoins in global settlements.

Category Requirement Details

Education Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
