Primary Responsibilities

• Generate Layout models for Microns Singapore manufacturing sites that meet or exceed established KPI targets.
• Establish Layout requirements during Microns quarterly business plan reviews.
• Collect and analyze Layout date for Microns manufacturing sites to identify opportunities for improvement recommend design changes and identify new processes that will improve Microns overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Maintain a Layout data repository (SharePoint) that can be leveraged for historical validation as well as information sharing across multiple departments.
• Collaborate with the Technology Development team to influence the design of future process equipment that enable improved space efficiency.
• Actively engage and contribute to Microns environmental sustainability projects.
• Present your layout designs and recommendations to Microns Senior Leaders and Executive team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
• Five years of experience with process equipment and facilities design.
• Expert proficiency using AutoCad BIM Revit Factory Design Utility and other similar Layout software applications.
