Marketing Manager JLL
What this job involves:
As Marketing Manager at JLL for Mapleview Shopping Centre you will lead comprehensive marketing initiatives for one of Canadas premier shopping destinations. This position offers the unique opportunity to make an immediate impact while driving strategic marketing efforts that directly influence property performance and tenant success. You will play a critical role in achieving JLLs business objectives by creating memorable consumer experiences strengthening retailer partnerships and positioning the centre as the destination of choice in the market. This is a full-time on-site position requiring standard business hours Monday through Friday with flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and campaign launches.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with the propertys strategic goals including creating monitoring and optimizing marketing budget with monthly tracking and reforecasting to ensure year-end projections are met
Design and execute comprehensive seasonal campaigns holiday promotions and signature shopping events from conception through completion including timeline development resource allocation and cross-channel coordination to drive targeted foot traffic and measurable sales increases
Develop integrated marketing strategies that leverage multiple touchpoints including email marketing social media digital advertising outdoor signage radio partnerships and in-center activations while ensuring brand consistency across all customer communications
Manage comprehensive digital marketing programs including social media mobile marketing and web presence while tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics including foot traffic patterns conversion rates social engagement digital analytics and sales attribution
Build and maintain strategic relationships with local media contacts community partners and key retail tenants to develop co-marketing opportunities maximize individual store sales and identify ancillary revenue streams
Facilitate new tenant onboarding processes including marketing integration and partnership opportunity identification while monitoring tenant sales performance through monthly reporting analysis and providing strategic recommendations to enhance individual retailer success
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
3-5 years of marketing experience in retail shopping centers or related consumer-facing industries
Demonstrated budget management experience with fiscal responsibility and financial tracking capabilities
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data market research and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and content creation across multiple channels
Event planning and project management experience with proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms social media management tools website content management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct shopping center or retail property marketing experience
Sales negotiation experience and relationship-building skills in retail environments
Advanced proficiency in digital marketing platforms analytics tools and marketing automation systems
Experience with media relations press release writing and public relations initiatives
Knowledge of co-marketing strategies and tenant partnership program development

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
