Job Summary
We are seeking a person who desires to be part of a team of enthusiastic sales consultants where their talents will be recognized and nurtured.
You will be part of a team that:
- Ensures customer is satisfied and has a positive experience
- Processes all customer orders change and/or returns.
- Completes sales transaction and accepts payments.
- Advises and assists customers on product and design selection.
- Provides information about Tile Town products.
- Maintaining the overall look of the showroom
Qualifications :
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
- Lead with positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and demonstrates high level of detail.
- Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Previous retail experience is an asset but not required.
Additional Information :
Compensation for this position will range depending upon skills abilities and relevant knowledge or experience.
In addition the following perks will apply:
- 5 year free trip with spending money
- 2 different monthly sales bonus

Store operating hours
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Saturday 10:00 am 5:00 pm
