Were looking for a Product Designer to join our Digital Tribe and help create seamless mobilefirst experiences across INGs digital channels. Working as part of a crossfunctional expert team as part of the Design Excellence team youll bring together research UX UI and Service Design to deliver simple trusted and meaningful customer outcomes.
What youll do
Design endtoend experiences across mobile and digital platforms from Discovery Research and ideation to prototyping usability testing and delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product Engineering Brand and fellow designers to deliver customerpositive solutions.
Create clear intuitive interaction designs customer journeys wireframes and prototypes that align with INGs challenger mindset.
Advocate for humancentred design accessibility best practices and consistent use of our global design system.
Communicate insights design rationale and user needs to stakeholders participating actively in critiques and agile ceremonies.
What were looking for
Proven capability in Figma wireframing prototyping and modern design tools.
24 years experience in UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing Product UX UI and Service Design skills.
A datainformed curious mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and translate insights into design decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills thriving in fastpaced agile crossfunctional environments.
Passion for crafting simple impactful mobilefirst customer experiences; financial services experience is a bonus not a must.
