AI Centre of Excellence Product Owner Business Analyst

As a Product Owner / Business Analyst you will sit at the center ofourAIdelivery engineowning and driving the pipeline of work from intake through to continuous release.

This role will be partnering closely with PartnersLoSleaders and subject matterexperts;you will lead discovery shape clearoutcomesand translate business needs into well-defined backlogs and production-ready solutions. Working day to day with developers and stakeholders you will coordinate build testing responsibleAIand security controls and release into productionensuring solutions move smoothly from idea to impact with strong adoption measurable benefits and clear visibility of risks and outcomes for leadership

Your day-to-day could include:

• Own and run the delivery pipeline

• Lead stakeholder discovery and shaping

• Drive buildtestingand release

• Track valuerisksand reporting

• Maintain solution documentation and network visibility

Essential

• 3 years in a Product Owner BusinessAnalystor similar delivery roles

• Experience running backlogs and releases using Azure DevOps or similar

• Proven stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills

• Strong written and verbal communication including concise documentation

• Experience delivering technology solutions with a focus on user value and business outcomes

Desirable

• Knowledge ofAIand data concepts including LLMs prompt patterns and evaluation basics

• Familiarity with OpenAIplatforms including ChatGPT Custom GPTs and common enterprise platforms

• Exposure to responsible AIprivacyand security by design practices

• Experience in professional services
