About the opportunities

Roles will vary depending on client requirements and may include temporary fixed term and contract positions. These opportunities are typically within busy operational offices where individuals are required to step in quickly adapt to new systems processesand deliver immediate value. You will be working in industries such as logistics and freight operations manufacturing and production environments and construction or trade based offices. These roles often support warehouse transport siteand project teams where strong coordination is essential to keeping operations running smoothly. A strong understanding of operational workflows schedulingand transactional administration is highly valued in these environments.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Proven experience in reception administration office supportor operational support roles
• Previous exposure to logistics manufacturing constructionor other industrial sectors (highly regarded)
• Experience supporting operational project based or high volume environments
• Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) with strong Excel capability
• Experience with ERP or business systems such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamicsor similar (highly regarded)
• Exposure to transport freight or dispatch systems (advantageous)
• Experience with construction/project systems such as Procore Aconexor Jobpac (advantageous)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• A proactive reliable and professional approach
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data heavy tasks
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team and support multiple stakeholders
