Step into an accounting role with a wellestablished missiondriven organization in the Cincinnati area. This position supports daytoday accounting functions with a strong focus on accounts payable billing and process documentation. About the Role:

This position plays a key role in supporting the accounting team through accurate transaction processing documentation and collaboration with internal and external partners. Discretion organization and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full accounts payable cycle including invoice verification coding authorization and timely payment processing
Process purchase orders receiving documents and vendor inquiries while supporting inventoryrelated accounting tasks
Prepare customer invoices and maintain organized billing and accounts receivable files
Administer company credit cards including documentation and monthly reconciliation
Complete and maintain process and procedure documentation
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders while exercising sound judgment and confidentiality

Qualifications:

Associates degree in Accounting Business or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of general accounting or related experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to use technology to streamline accounting processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
