Job Summary
Job Description: Online Chat Specialist at Extract Wellness
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online chat to provide information about hemp-based CBD products
- Answer customer inquiries address concerns and provide guidance on product selection
- Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments and resolving any issues
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of CBD products and their benefits
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales role
- Experience in using online chat platforms or customer support tools
- Previous experience in the wellness or health industry is a plus
