Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers owning performance management career growth and day-to-day execution
- Own significant areas of the Jobs domain driving design architecture and hands-on technical direction for revenue-critical systems
- Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned to product and business strategy
- Serve as a role model and coach with a strong bias for action and a deep commitment to engineering craftsmanship
- Collaborate across teams to evolve and leverage a shared technical stack ensuring alignment and scalability across the Enterprise Jobs ecosystem
- Guide architectural decisions for distributed systems balancing synchronous and asynchronous design patterns to optimize performance and reliability
- Scale multi-tier high-volume user-centric applications that operate reliably 24x7
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
1 years of experience in software engineering/technical management and people management.
5 years of industry experience in software design development and large-scale software engineering
Experience programming in object-oriented and/or functional programming languages(like Java/CPP/Scala/etc.)
Hands on experience developing distributed systems databases large scale data systems and/or Backend APIs
Preferred Qualifications
MS or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline
2 years of hands-on software engineering/technical management and people management experience
7 years industry experience in software design development and algorithm related solutions.
5 years programming experience in languages such as Java C/C C# Python Go etc.
