Job Summary
Job Summary Software Engineer SAP QM (West Pharm Exton PA)
- Design develop and test complex software solutions tailored to business and customer needs particularly in the medical device manufacturing domain.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) within the Digital Manufacturing & Automation group.
- Lead and manage multiple large-scale software development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Analyze business challenges and data to design and implement new systems or modify existing systems for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) ensuring best practices security and scalability.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver required technologies.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs and identify innovative solutions.
- Utilize C# . Core REST APIs SQL Server JSON ODATA XML and equipment integration.
- Apply Lean Agile XP TDD and CI/CD principles throughout development efforts.
- Use tools such as Git Azure DevOps Azure Pipelines and Kubernetes for version control and deployment.
- Ensure compliance with company safety quality policies and standard operating procedures especially in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Additional experience with Entity Framework WinForms UWP OPC-UA Kepware Maui Xamarin iOS Android is a plus.
- Communicate complex concepts effectively and influence stakeholders as needed.
- Ability to work on-site 3x per week in Exton PA; local candidates preferred.
- Occasional travel (up to 10%).
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field required with 5 years of relevant experience.
