Job context
Reporting to Head of Sub BU VET Pharma the main role of Swine and Ruminant Specialist is to lead the development and technical implementation of swine-focused products (with ruminant extension) ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with business strategy. Duties include tasks related to product development planning technical quality control cross-functional coordination resource allocation and providing technical support and solutions to internal teams and customers.
What youll do (missions)
Overseeing the planning execution and completion of developing swine product projects ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget
Ensuring the quality and consistency of technical work produced by the team including product reviews and adherence to standards
Developing and implementing technical strategies aligned with overall business goals
Allocating resources effectively and ensuring efficient use of technical personnel and equipment
Managing and developing teams including hiring training and performance evaluations (in future)
Acting as a liaison between Swine team and other departments translating technical information into business terms
Identifying and resolving technical issues troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions
Developing and managing budgets for technical projects and initiatives
Ensuring that technical work complies with industry standards and regulations.
What you bring (hard skills soft skills level of education experience )
Strong technical expertise in animal husbandry fields (Swine is a must and cum with Ruminant as much more referable)
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Project management experience Problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to align technical solutions with business goals
Education background as Vet or animal husbandry as a must
Good in English & Vietnamese communication
