The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences analyzing customer behavior and proactively engaging with clients to ensure they receive maximum value from their relationship with our dealership.
Our Customer Retention Manager will play a key role in identifying account loss risks maintaining strong communication with customers and building long-term relationships that reinforce the Audi brand and customer loyalty.

Minimum2 years of experience in Customer Success Customer Support or Customer Experience roles
Strongcommunication and relationship-building skills
Experience implementingcustomer retention and reduction strategies
Highemotional intelligence and empathy
Exceptionalcustomer service mindset
Stronganalytical and goal-oriented thinking
Basic to advancedproject management skills
Comfortable working withCRM platforms automation tools and data analysis systems
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software platforms
