Role Overview

As an E-Commerce Customer Specialist you will assist customers with inquiries related to online orders products payments deliveries and returns. Your role will be essential in ensuring a seamless shopping experience while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Assist customers via phone chat or email with inquiries related to orders products payments shipping and returns.
Order Assistance: Support customers throughout the purchasing journey including order placement order tracking and post-purchase support.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Product Guidance: Provide clear and helpful information about products availability and promotions.
Case Management: Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Customer Satisfaction: Deliver professional and empathetic service that builds trust and strengthens brand loyalty.
Process Compliance: Follow company procedures and service guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality support.

Qualifications

Language Skills: Proficiency in Hungarian (C1/C2) and English (B2)
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role
Skills: Strong communication analytical mindset and client-support ability
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
