Job Summary

Work Location: Makati City

Schedule: Dayshift (Hybrid setup)

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related field.
10 years experience in Oracle EPM.
5 full project lifecycles delivered successfully.
Proven team leadership and people management capability.
Experience in business development and presales engagement.
Excellent communication negotiation and clientfacing skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

Oversee endtoend Oracle EPM project delivery ensuring ontime and highquality outcomes.
Build and maintain strong client partnerships.
Lead requirements analysis solution design and implementation of Oracle EPM applications.
Drive full-cycle Oracle EPM deployments across modules such as Planning & Budgeting Financial Consolidation Account Reconciliation PCM and EDM.
Ensure all outputs meet bestpractice standards.
