Job Summary

The Position

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect professional to drive the growth and adoption of OPSWATs MetaDefender NetWall across the APAC region.

MetaDefender NetWall enables secure real-time data transfer between networks of different security classifications helping protect critical OT environments and industrial systems from network-borne cyber threats.

In this role you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the NetWall product line partnering closely with sales product and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions to customers operating in critical infrastructure sectors such as energy manufacturing transportation and government.

You will combine deep technical expertise in networking and OT environments with business development insight to identify new market opportunities support complex customer engagements and influence the product strategy for future growth.

This role is based in APAC and requires regional travel to support customer engagements industry events and partner development activities.

What You Will Be Doing

Technical Leadership & Customer Engagement

Serve as the technical expert for MetaDefender NetWall across the APAC region.
Partner with the sales team to design secure OT network architectures and deliver solution-driven presentations to customers and partners.
Lead technical workshops product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements to validate solutions and achieve technical design wins.
Guide customers through prequalification architecture design and deployment planning.

Market Development & Strategy

Identify new market opportunities and emerging use cases for MetaDefender NetWall in critical infrastructure and industrial environments.
Develop business cases technical requirements and market insights to support product expansion.
Collaborate with the product team to translate customer needs into product enhancements and roadmap input.

Sales Enablement & Partnerships

Develop solution positioning technical messaging and sales enablement materials to help internal teams effectively present security offerings.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors system integrators and industry partners to expand the reach of the NetWall product line.
Represent OPSWAT at industry conferences trade shows and technical events across the APAC region.

What We Need From You

7 years of experience as aSolutions Architect Pre-Sales Engineer Network Architect or similar technical customer-facing role
Strong expertise indata networking technologies and protocols includingBGP routing and SD-WAN architectures
Solid background inOperational Technology (OT) environments and familiarity withindustrial control systems (ICS) and common industrial protocols
Proven ability totranslate complex technical solutions into clear business value for customers
Experience leadingProof-of-Concept engagements and technical solution design
Strong skills intechnical documentation requirements definition and business case development
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage bothtechnical engineers and executive stakeholders
Willingness and ability totravel across the APAC region (approximately 2530%) to support customer meetings technical workshops industry conferences and partner engagements.
