Our client is a Automation Supplier company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
The role is responsible for developing and executing nationwide business strategies for Robotics integrated automation projects and medium-voltage (MV) drives under a project-based business model. The position involves leading and developing the sales organization while working closely with technical and project management teams to achieve sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
The candidate will build lead and scale a sales team covering Robotics Automation Projects and MV Drives. This includes monitoring analyzing and optimizing the sales pipeline across different project stages to ensure efficiency and conversion.
The role requires developing and executing comprehensive business plans both at the overall level and for specific product segments and project categories. The candidate is expected to identify and drive project opportunities working closely with sales pre-sales product management and proposal teams during the consulting solution presentation and bidding phases.
In addition the role involves overseeing project execution progress in coordination with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment and timely delivery. The candidate will also be responsible for managing project profitability including cost control margin optimization and payment tracking.

Candidates should hold a Bachelors degree in Automation Mechatronics Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field. They are expected to have at least seven years of experience in industrial automation including a minimum of five years in managing technical or project-based sales teams.
A strong understanding of project-based technical sales models and industrial automation solutions is essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates proven leadership capabilities including coaching developing team members and building a performance-driven and collaborative team culture.
The role requires strong strategic thinking and the ability to make quick effective decisions in a project-driven environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary particularly when working with senior stakeholders such as client leadership teams and solution providers.
