About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client we are hiring a Finance Solution Architect (Reporting/System) to support their Group Finance Transformation. Our client is a leading maritime and logistics organization with a 200-year legacy and operations across multiple regions.

Joining the team as a Finance Solution Architect you will be the "Master Builder" of the Groups financial systems (Oracle NSPB/NetSuite). You will own the technical integrity of the platform designing the structural framework that enables complex global reporting. Your contribution is critical in transforming raw data into a scalable high performance architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• System Architecture & Design: Lead the design of metadata dimensions and integration frameworks to ensure a robust and scalable global reporting environment.
  
• Model Engineering: Configure complex business rules planning models and calculation logics to support seamless "Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast" analysis.
  
• Technical Governance: Establish and maintain data mapping validation controls and system security protocols to protect data integrity at the core.
  
• Implementation Leadership: Spearhead the technical delivery of SIT/UAT system reconciliations and go-live phases for major system enhancements.
  

Job Requirements

Technical skills:

• Degree in Finance Data Analytics Data Sciences or a related field.
  
• 8 years of deep experience in Oracle EPM / NSPB / Hyperion implementation and architecture.
  
• Proven track record in designing financial consolidation and budgeting models from scratch.
  
• Strong understanding of data integration frameworks and ERP ecosystems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
  
• Strong English communication skills.
  

Soft skills:

• Ability to see the big picture of data flow.
  
• Capable of guiding technical vendors and internal tech teams.
  
• Expert at troubleshooting complex system logic and performance bottlenecks.
  
• Ability to translate complex technical structures into understandable concepts for stakeholders.
