Job Summary

Responsibilities

Provide customer support in German via phone email and chat
Assist customers with product information troubleshooting and service inquiries
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
Follow company procedures and quality standards

Requirements

Fluent German (C1/C2 level)
Good English level (B2 or higher)
Previous experience in customer support helpdesk or contact center roles is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Willingness to relocate to Athens if currently living abroad
