Were looking for an enthusiastic Lending Servicing Consultant to be the voice of our business! Your day will be dynamic and customer-focused handling everything from inbound calls to digital messages. As the go-to expert for customers after their loan has settled youll skillfully guide them through their servicing needs making their banking experience easy and seamless. Key responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers across phone and digital channels providing exceptional service for all post-settlement lending enquiries.
  • Build strong lasting relationships by listening to customer needs and providing tailored solutions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Guide customers through our processes proactively identifying opportunities to meet their needs and referring them to specialist teams when required.
  • Actively contribute to our fantastic team culture by continuously building your product and policy knowledge and sharing feedback.
  • Identify process improvements to make it easier for our customers and play a key role in our customer retention and growth plans

To succeed in this role wed love you to have:

  • Proven experience in a customer-focused role where building relationships is key.
  • Exposure to home loans Thats a huge plus that will help you excel in this role!
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenges with composure.
  • The ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems (LINX 3270 systems CSS and Docusign) in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to these systems is highly regarded but not essential.
  • A knack for problem-solving and a proactive approach to learning and self-development.
  • A strong team spirit and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.

We offer flexible work options that put our people first working in ahybrid modelwith a minimum local Head Office attendance requirementdeterminedby your Leader (2 days a week is expected for this team) to find a rhythm that works best for you and your team. We believe that coming into the office some of the time is the best way to learn stay connected and collaborate effectively especially for key activities like team days 1:1s and town halls.

This is aPermanent Full-time (we will also accommodate for Part-time hours) opportunity based in any of our head office locations. Ideally Bendigo Adelaide Melbourne or Ipswich.

To ensure we provide our customers with exceptional support when they need it this role operates on a rotating roster. Team members are required to be available between Monday and Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm (AEST). A flexible approach is necessary as your weekly shifts will vary within these hours to meet our service commitments.
