Whats the role
As a Senior Business Analyst Reconciliation you will support a large-scale system migration program partnering with business stakeholders and program leadership to gather analyse and document requirements. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions to ensure seamless migration of products processes and customer data from legacy platforms to a new core system delivering compliant outcomes operational efficiency and an improved customer experience.
Additionally youll lead detailed requirements elicitation process mapping and gap analysis across migration stages. You will facilitate workshops with SMEs and technology teams translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements and design future-state processes. This includes defining data mapping reconciliation strategies data quality rules profiling insights and maintaining data dictionaries lineage documentation and glossaries to support accurate validation and testing.
You will manage break identification and remediation support UAT and defect triage ensure regulatory compliance and provide clear governance reporting and stakeholder communication throughout the program.
What do I need
- Extensive Senior Business Analyst experience within Banking or Financial Services supporting complex largescale programs
- Strong capability in defining and executing endtoend data reconciliation frameworks for system migrations
- Proven ability to design data controls tolerance thresholds and clear pass/fail criteria
- Handson experience managing reconciliation discrepancies including triage root cause analysis remediation and retesting
- Solid understanding of data migration validation reconciliation processes and data governance principles
- Strong knowledge of customer domains and banking products across retail or business banking environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with experience working across Agile and hybrid delivery models ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment
