Whats the role
As a Senior Business Analyst you will partner closely with business stakeholders and program leadership to support the seamless migration of products processes and data from legacy systems to a new core banking platform. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions ensuring the migration delivers operational efficiency regulatory compliance and an improved customer experience across impacted portfolios.
Additionally youll elicit document and validate detailed business requirements relating to customer data product portfolios and endtoend workflows. You will map currentstate (ASIS) processes and design futurestate (TOBE) processes aligned with the target platform while proactively identifying gaps dependencies and potential risks within migration plans.
You will act as a key liaison between business and technology teams ensuring alignment on requirements and delivery outcomes. You will also support user acceptance testing data validation cycles and defect triage to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and ready for successful deployment.
What do I need
- Extensive Senior Business Analyst experience within the banking or financial services sector delivering largescale transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in customer origination servicing and endtoend product origination processes.
- Proven experience in customer migration initiatives including customertoaccount relationships and authority migration.
- Highlevel stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple business units and senior program leadership.
- Solid understanding of data migration validation reconciliation and data governance practices.
- Advanced capability in requirements elicitation process modelling (ASIS / TOBE) gap analysis and risk identification.
- Experience working in agile and waterfall hybrid environments with strong knowledge of core banking products (customers accounts transactions deposits loans payments treasury).
