Job Description
Our client in the FMCG retail sector is seeking a driven Merchandiser to join their team in Brackenfell Western Cape. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for retail high energy levels and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering stock maintaining layouts and ensuring shelves are merchandised to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the stock and oversee maintaining layouts
- Merchandise all stock on the shelves provided
- Check the quality and sell-by dates on a regular basis
Requirements
- Matric
- 2 years working experience within the retail environment
- PC Literate
- Own reliable transport and valid drivers license
- Go-getter attitude self-reliant and self-motivating
- Basic Merchandising Principles
- Supplier Product Knowledge
- High Energy Levels & a Passion for retail essential
- Must be Willing to work market/retail/flexible hours i.e.: some Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays/ Overtime
- FMCG Foods related Experience essential
- Attention to detail is essential
- Require minimum supervision
- Be able to deliver according to strict deadlines
- Must be able to work on different projects at the same time
- Teamwork is essential
