As a Finance Business Partner you will act as a trusted advisor to divisional and regional management supporting both operational and strategic growth. Youll deliver accurate financial analysis planning and actionable insights that shape the future of our this role around 50% of your time will be dedicated to operational cost controlling ensuring a strong financial steering of our operations.

What Youll Do
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare monthly reports and monthly closing tasks
- Lead and support budgets and forecasting activities; analyze margins variances and OPEX across the division
- Contribute to the MidTerm Financial Plan (MTFP) and longrange planning
- Act as a business partner for R&D projects supporting project managers with financial transparency and strategic insights
- Provide proactive financial advice and collaborate with regional and functional teams
- Steer implementation of key actions and support performance management
- Ensure compliance with financial processes and policies
- Enhance financial systems and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in finance and business operations
What Were Looking For
- Degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- 23 years experience in finance or business partnering within an international environment.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cultures.
